What is Love'n Lace’s return policy?
Love'n Lace has a very easy and convenient return policy! We want you to love what you found so much that we offer a 30 day return policy. We always do our best to take care of you so we manage our returns on a case by case basis to ensure that we are taking the best care of each customer.
What will we take back?
Upon returns, we always put the customer first. However, due to the intimate nature of our products we cannot always accept a return.
- Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, attached to the original tags and in the original packaging unopened.
- Items will be inspected and Love'n Lace has the final say on what is acceptable for return and resale. We regard your safety with the highest level of integrity, we apologize if a return is not possible do to the condition of the garment.
- Items returned within 30 days will receive credit back on the initial credit card or account. Items returned after the initial 30 days, incomplete items or worn items will not be accepted.
- All items marked final sale are not subject to return.
Who pays for the return shipping?
If you are returning an item you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend that you use an insured traceable method when shipping back returns. Love'n Lace will not be held accountable for any lost packaging.
Are there restocking fees?
In the case of a normal return, no. You will only be expected to pay the return shipping fee. However, please understand that refusing delivery of one of our packages will create a 25% shipping/restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund once it is returned to us.
